Errors in your order.
At the time of delivery, we require that you inspect and sign for your order. If there are any discrepancies between what you requested and what you received, the driver will notify our office and we will work to rectify as quickly as possible.
If you decline to inspect your order prior to driver departure, we will not be responsible for any errors.
All sales are final except as specified below.
We offer an equal exchange/replacement for any factory defects on eligible products (see below).
To facilitate a replacement, customer is required to notify TRW by calling us at 916.701.2150. A customer service agent will take all pertinent information and outline your options.
If an item is deemed eligible and approved for return/exchange, please place the unused portion aside and we will pick it up with your next order. We do not dispatch drivers for exchange only. ALL product exchanges are handled with your next delivery and require minimum order amount based on geography.
The manager on duty may at his/her discretion offer a store credit to be used on a future order. We do not tender cash refunds.
We offer a 15 day fault-free guarantee on most cartridges. We will exchange faulty cartridges under the following conditions:
1. Customer must return the cartridge with the original packaging.
2. Cartridge being returned must match exactly what was originally purchased.
We offer a 7 day damage guarantee on most tinctures and topicals. We will exchange damaged products under the following conditions:
1. Customer must return the tincture or topical with the original packaging.
2. Product being returned must match exactly what was originally purchased.
Your delivery driver will verify the product being exchanged and reserves the option to decline any exchange if the product cannot be validated against the original invoice.
