Transactions are considered complete when payment is made at time of delivery. While exact change is always appreciated, drivers can make change.
For your convenience, we are able to accept Debit Cards with the following conditions:
- Debit only, no credit or EBIT.
- Debit card must be in the name of the customer who placed the order.
- Debit card must be presented to driver for processing in your presence.
- Transactions will be rounded to nearest $5 (a requirement of our processor), but change will be given back. Example: Order totals $51.50. Driver runs cards for $55.00 and gives you $3.50 in change.
- There is a $3.50 service fee that is automatically added to the total at the point of transaction.
- Charge will appear on your statement as “Non-WF ATM Withdrawal 901 Freeport Blvd. Sacramento, CA”
